2. Shipping Method

Physical items are fulfilled and shipped through third-party production partners. Shipping times vary based on the destination country and carrier.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or external factors beyond my control.

3. International Shipping & Customs (DDU)

International orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU).

I am not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees or import taxes, the order may be returned or destroyed by the carrier. In such cases, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders are shipped to the shipping details confirmed at the time of payment. Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, shipping details cannot be modified.

I am not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
