1. Eligibility for Refunds

1. Digital Products (Downloadable Content):

  1. If you did not receive the downloadable content you purchased, you are eligible for a refund.
  2. This applies at any time if the product failed to deliver the downloadable content as promised.
  3. If my website experienced technical issues that failed to deliver the downloadable content as promised.

2. Physical Products:

  1. If the item is defective.
  2. If the item arrived damaged.
  3. If the wrong item was received.
  4. If the product was not delivered as intended.

Refunds under this circumstance can be requested and obtained within 14 days from the date of the delivery. Beyond this period, I cannot guarantee the refund.
