1. Eligibility for Refunds
1. Digital Products (Downloadable Content):
- If you did not receive the downloadable content you purchased, you are eligible for a refund.
- This applies at any time if the product failed to deliver the downloadable content as promised.
- If my website experienced technical issues that failed to deliver the downloadable content as promised.
2. Physical Products:
- If the item is defective.
- If the item arrived damaged.
- If the wrong item was received.
- If the product was not delivered as intended.
Refunds under this circumstance can be requested and obtained within 14 days from the date of the delivery. Beyond this period, I cannot guarantee the refund.

- Refunds are only available for the conditions specified above. I do not provide refunds for any other reasons.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, regardless of the refund reason.
- Payment processing fees are non-refundable, regardless of the refund reason.
- Only the product value (if eligible) may be refunded.
